Effective March 2011: Amy B. Steindler and InsightOut Life created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. We are deeply committed to respecting and protecting your right to privacy. This privacy policy was prepared to disclose and describe our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website. We do not sell, rent, loan, or give your email address or other personal information to anybody.

Collection of your Personal Information: You can visit most pages on our site without giving us any information about yourself. However, we do require information to provide the services you request from our website. If you do provide such information, you are consenting to the use of that information in accordance with the policies and practices described in this privacy policy.

Use of Your Personal Information: If you choose to “contact us” regarding our services we will collect your name and email address. You will then receive an email from us confirming your wish to be contacted. If you decide to subscribe to our newsletter, we will collect your name and email address. You will be sent via email the newsletter periodically. From time to time you may also receive notification of new services, special offers, or changes to policies. The information you provide to us is stored on our server and is only accessed by employees of Amy B. Steindler and InsightOut Life. All employees are required to adhere to our strict privacy policies and any employee who violates the privacy policy is subject to termination and possible criminal prosecution.

Aside from these uses, we do not sell, nor plan to sell any personal information to anyone for any reason.

Choice and Opt-Out: We provide you the opportunity to “opt-out” of providing us certain information. All subscribers of our newsletter may opt-out of receiving future newsletters or offers when so desired. At the bottom of each newsletter and email there is an opt-out link that can be completed and sent to us. We will remove your contact information from our database within 10 days.

All personal information is contained on a GoDaddy.com secure server, located in Phoenix, AZ, behind a “firewall.” However, no security system is perfect. We do not guarantee or warrant that there will be no unauthorized access to your data.

While our website may be viewed by children, we do not wish to receive data from children.
